This month Nadler finished a project with Toll
Brothers City Living, furnishing a triple wide sales
center for their new development project in Brooklyn, NY. The
Northside Piers will be a new condominium
complex built to add to the revitalization of the waterfront
in Williamsburg. The deluxe modular design and sales
center will be the headquarters of the project until the
condominiums completion estimated for 2009.

| Modular Maneuvers with the CT National
Guard |

Recently Nadler was approved to begin construction on a
modular office building for the Connecticut
National Guard. The building will be located at the
Groton – New London Airport in Groton, CT, the home of the 1109th
Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot
(AVCRAD). Nadler is supplying an office building for
the maintenance unit. The 1109th AVCRAD is one of only four
facilities of its type in the United States Army and
Army National Guard. Its day-to-day mission is to
provide aviation maintenance to Army National Guard facilities
in 14 northeastern states from Maine to Virginia. The unit is
ralso esponsible for ordering maintenance supplies for this
facility as well as numerous other Army Aviation Support
Facilities (AASFs) in the Northeast region of the country.
Construction of their new office facility is expected to begin
next month.

Nadler has just completed a project with Wilder
Balter Partners, Inc., providing them with a double
wide sales center for the up and coming residential community,
Glassbury
Court in Mount Kisco, NY. The 25 acre property is a
mastered planned community that includes a senior condominium
community, eight acres of preserved open space, a series of
walking trails and a large clubhouse with an outdoor
pool.

On September 27th, our very own Jeffrey Neeman
was among the inductees honored at the 5th annual Forty
under 40 program. Sponsored by the Rockland
Economic Development Corporation and The
Journal News, this award honors forty of Rockland
County's most dynamic individuals who are making their mark on
Rockland County through their professional accomplishments as
well as contributions to the community at large. As one of the
honorees, Jeff was recognized for his leadership,
entrepreneurial, and community achievements.
Since Jeff took over the helm as president in 2002, Nadler
Modular Structures has become one of the leading
commercial modular dealers in the NY and Tri-state area.
Jeff’s strong commitment to his company has moved Nadler to
the top of the modular industry earning the company's first
industry award from the Modular
Building Institute for First place for Best
Temporary Modular Classroom (2,000 – 10,000 sq.ft.) in
2004, and a second award in 2006.
