A message from Jeffrey Neeman, President of Nadler Modular Structures It was great to see you all at the Atlantic Builders Convention a few weeks ago. It was a great week and I enjoyed getting to speak to so many of our clients and friends. I even managed to pull myself away from the convention for a little fun in Atlantic City. This week Nadler began delivering and installing fourteen modular units for the NYC Department of Homeless Services. Six double-wide trailers accompanied by one restroom facilities trailer have been made to order for the DHS to be delivered to their PATH (Prevention Assistance and Temporary Housing) office in the Bronx. The PATH office is an intake center for families who have been victims of domestic violence and are in need of emergency housing. The new modular units will be used to expand the current waiting room area and facilities until families can be given further accomodations.
Nadler will be delivering 10 modular units to house a girls high school in Far Rockaway, Queens. This spacious building will encompass 7,680 square feet including 7 classrooms, a multi- purpose room, faculty offices, and a teachers lounge. These top of the line units will have a full working kitchen facility, roof mount air conditioning units, tiled flooring, accordion doors to allow adjustments for room sizes as needed, and stucco siding on the exterior. Nadler is expected to finish the installation by the end of the month. More details and pictures to follow....
Nadler has been providing modular units to numerous sites for the NYC Department of Environmental Protection. Our office trailers, stationed in Yonkers and Brooklyn, are residences for the engineers who conduct monitoring of environmental changes and contamination in water resevoirs and sewage plants in the NY state area.
